3. Authenticity Guarantee

BagbyZoey guarantees that all items sold are 100% authentic.

We utilize a combination of professional expertise and advanced third-party authentication technology, including Entrupy, to verify authenticity.

By purchasing from BagbyZoey, you acknowledge and agree that:

Authentication determinations made by BagbyZoey and its third-party partners (including Entrupy) are final and binding
Differences in opinion between authentication services do not constitute grounds for dispute unless approved under our Return Policy

4. Pricing & Payment

5. Shipping & Delivery

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered

6. Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted except in the case of an approved authenticity claim.

Authenticity Claims

Return Authorization

Approved claims must be shipped within 3 calendar days
