Return & Refund Policy

At BagbyZoey, all sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except as expressly provided below.

All items are sold “as is” and are considered accepted by the customer upon confirmed delivery unless an authenticity claim is submitted in strict accordance with this policy.


Authenticity Guarantee & Claims

BagbyZoey guarantees that all items sold are 100% authentic. Each item is verified using a combination of professional expertise and advanced third-party authentication technology, including Entrupy.

If you believe an item is not authentic, you must notify us, via email within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Your claim must include credible third-party documentation supporting your claim. Documentation from Entrupy or a similarly recognized authentication service is strongly recommended.

Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe constitutes full acceptance of the item, and any claim thereafter will be permanently denied.

BagbyZoey reserves the sole and final right to review, validate, and determine the outcome of all authenticity claims.


Return Authorization & Timeframe

If an authenticity claim is approved, a return authorization will be issued.

You must ship the item back within three (3) calendar days of receiving approval, as evidenced by valid carrier tracking.

Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeiture of the claim. Any items shipped after the authorized return window may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

A valid tracking number must be provided promptly after shipment.

BagbyZoey is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable, insured shipping method with signature confirmation.


Condition of Returned Items

All approved returns must be received in the exact same condition as originally delivered, including all packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. BagbyZoey reserves the right to:

  • Deny a return; or
  • Reduce the refund amount

if the item shows any signs of:

  • Wear or use
  • Damage, stains, or odors
  • Alterations or tampering
  • Missing components or accessories

Refunds

If the return is approved following inspection, a refund will be issued within seven (7) business days to the original form of payment.

All original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact BagbyZoey directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.

BagbyZoey reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks by providing evidence including:

  • Proof of delivery and signature confirmation
  • Product listings and descriptions
  • Authentication documentation (including Entrupy verification)
  • Customer communication records

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Reporting to payment processors and relevant authorities
