At BagbyZoey, we are committed to providing a secure and reliable shipping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed and verified, excluding weekends and holidays.
BagbyZoey reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order for fraud prevention, security verification, or suspected unauthorized activity.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. BagbyZoey is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is accurate and complete. BagbyZoey is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Shipping Insurance & Liability
Shipping insurance is recommended but not required.
If shipping insurance is not purchased or included, BagbyZoey shall not be held responsible for any package that is:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Missing
- Damaged or destroyed in transit
In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
If insurance is purchased, any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier in accordance with their policies and procedures.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies solely with the carrier.
BagbyZoey is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered but are reported lost or stolen.
Customers are encouraged to:
- Monitor tracking information closely
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance
- File claims when applicable
Returned or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to BagbyZoey due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to accept delivery
- Failure to retrieve the package
the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs required to reship the item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Fees associated with delivery
BagbyZoey is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
BagbyZoey reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud
- Request additional verification before shipment
- Ship only to verified billing addresses when necessary
Failure to comply with verification requests may result in cancellation of the order.
